Import Contacts Directly to Outlook
Compatibility with Microsoft Outlook makes importing and exporting contacts easy and hassle-free. Automatic detection of duplicated information when adding new contacts to an existing Microsoft Outlook database saves you valuable time.
Exporting
Using Optical Character Recognition (OCR), scan to create Outlook contacts based on the card information or backup the data to CSV. From here, CSV files can be uploaded to third party CRMs, such as Salesforce and Google Contacts. The security of having a backup option available means that you’ll never lose a contact ever again.
Detecting Duplicate Contacts
This software detects and deletes duplicate contacts. You don’t need to worry about repeating any information, and all contact field are easy to edit if needed.
